Florence worked with the Department of Education with special needs students age 6-21 as a teacher, crisis teacher, and Travel Training Coordinator. She now works in a local private community school for students with special needs in helping parents with services they may need, advising them of meetings going on throughout the city, job development, and vocational skills.
Her students are aged 3-21. She has been in the Special Ed community forever in a district school, in district 75, and now locally in the Flatbush community
