PROPEL is a Community non-profit organization that enables women to earn and help support their families while maintaining traditional values. The goal of PROPEL is to make a dual-income household the norm and alleviate other forms of communal support.

INSPIRING WOMEN TO WORK

PROPEL marketing and outreach inspires women of all ages and income levels to work and earn while doing what they love and maintaining Community values. PROPEL has helped remove the stigma associated with working women in our Community.

CAREER GUIDANCE

PROPEL provides career advice to women of all ages, including women in high school, college and graduate programs. The organization encourages the women of our Community to tap into their potential by utilizing education to transform a passion into a profession.

ENROLLMENT IN TRAINING/PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS

Training and professional programs are available to PROPEL clients including graduate degrees through the organization’s new initiative PROPEL Ed. Financial support is available to help women reach their goals.

MENTORING AND NETWORKING

PROPEL identifies ambassadors to provide targeted advice and mentorship for specific careers. PROPEL promotes networking opportunities to advance earning potential.
