I was a teacher for ten years, and while I loved every minute in the classroom, I decided to make a change and pursue coaching at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an ICF accredited coach training program.

I chose to specialize in authenticity and empowerment coaching, with an emphasis on self-love, because my entire life changed when I began exploring who I am at my core and replacing the power of the million outer voices with the power of the 1 voice within. My mantra is "I choose authenticity over approval," and my ideal client is any individual who is tired of being what everyone else wants them to be and is ready to finally be themselves.

My mission is to guide people toward bravely living their Truth. I help my clients connect with who they truly are, and from there make decisions in alignment with their unique and authentic values about what they want. I guide them in clearing the inner and outer blocks keeping them from being who they are and sharing that with the world. We each have unique gifts and limitless power, and it is my job to help every individual I work with know that. Shine your light and shine it brightly. Stand tall. Stand proud.
